To Place an Order
Orders can be placed through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Payment
All prices are stated in USD and the following payment methods
are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.


Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipped to Florida.

SHIPPING


General Shipping Information
Bullet Pointe orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after being placed.

Once the order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your tracking status.


We try our best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or shipping service interruptions.

Free Shipping International
We are excited to offer free shipping for orders over $200 USD

General International Shipping Information
Orders shipped via USPS First Class International mail usually take between 1-3 weeks to arrive. Due to International Customs procedures, packages can sometimes take up to 5 weeks to arrive.

USPS First Class International mail will register your order's tracking number before it leaves the U.S., but the tracking status will not be updated until the package has arrived at a mail sorting facility in its destination country.

If a package has not arrived within 5 business weeks of the ship date, Bullet Pointe will send a replacement order via expedited shipping. To report a missing order, please send us an email at info@bulletpointe.com.

International Shipping
USPS First Class International - from 2 to 5 weeks - cost varies with destination 

UPS - from 1 to 3 weeks - cost varies with destination 

RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY

Before returning your order, consider the following:

-We are happy to issue a full refund (to the original purchasing card). The item must be sent back (post marked) within 7 days from the date item was receive (the delivery date indicated on tracking info)

-We accept items for exchange within 30 days of the delivery of your order.

-Items must be in original condition. We will not accept the return of any items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. There must be no evidence of pet hair, human hair, fragrance or perspiration. All items not meeting this criteria will be returned to sender.

-We will not accept returns items of sale merchandise.

-You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to BULLET POINTE. We will ship your replacement at no additional cost.

To return/exchange your order:

1. Complete the return form. Include the style, color and size of the desired replacement item/s.

2. Ship the items to the address below. Make sure you use a carrier that provides tracking as BULLET POINTE is not responsible for lost shipments. We will process your return/exchange after inspection to confirm that the above conditions have been satisfied.

GIFT CARDS

To purchase a Bullet Pointe Gift Card, select the gift amount using the drop down menu on the Gift Card product page, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. Multiple Gift Cards can be purchased by adding as many as you'd like to your cart. After purchasing a Bullet Pointe Gift Card, you'll receive an email containing a unique code, and gift amount. To give the code to a recipient, send them the code via email, or print it out and give in person.

To redeem a Bullet Pointe Gift Card, proceed to the checkout as usual. You'll see a link on the first page of the checkout that will reveal a field for you to enter your code. The code can be used as many times as you like, until the total amount is used up. 

To check the balance of your Gift Card, just enter the code in the Gift Card field on the first page of the checkout. A message will appear indicating the remaining balance that can be applied toward your total. Bullet Pointe Gift Cards are only redeemable on our website, www.bulletpointe.com.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Skirts
Machine or hand wash cold with mild detergent, lay flat to dry. Iron on low heat with a pressing cloth (a small piece of any type of regular cotton material, preferably one without dyes) between the iron and skirt.

Shorts
Machine washable nylon.

Leotards Machine or hand wash cold with mild detergent, lay flat to dry.
