Returns

BEFORE RETURNING YOUR ORDER, CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:

-We are happy to issue a full refund (to the original purchasing card). The item must be sent back (post marked) within 7 days from the date the item was received (the delivery date indicated on tracking info).

-We accept items for exchange within 30 days of the delivery of your order.

-Items must be in original condition. We will not accept the return of any items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

There must be no evidence of pet hair, human hair, fragrance or perspiration. All items not meeting these criteria will be returned to sender.

-We will not accept returns items of sale merchandise.

-You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to BULLET POINTE. We will ship your replacement at no additional cost.

 TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER:

1. Complete this return form.

2. If exchanging include the style, color and size of the desired replacement item/s.

3. Ship the items to the address below. Make sure you use a carrier that provides tracking as BULLET POINTE is not responsible for lost shipments. We will process your return/exchange after inspection to confirm that the above conditions have been satisfied.
